A take on our favourite classic Moroccan tagine. We use the tenderest meat from lambs grass-fed on British land, cooking it slowly with juicy apricots, plum tomatoes and a heady mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves and ginger, to name a few).

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Produced in a kitchen that handles ALL 14 allergens.

INGREDIENTS: Lamb (27%), Tomato Passata (14%), Chickpeas (13%), Onion, Plum Tomato (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Dried Apricots (Partially Rehydrated Dried Apricots (99%), Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate, Sulphur Dioxide [Sulphates]), Raisins (Raisins (99%), Sunflower Oil), Smoked Paprika, Turmeric, Ginger (Ground), Garlic, Olive Oil, Ground Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Lamb Stock (Salt, Vegetable Fats (Palm, Shea Butter, Sal Butter), Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Lamb (4%), Sugar, Flavourings, Onion Powder, Caramel Syrup, Spices (Garlic, Pepper, Parsley Roots, Celery Seeds, Turmeric) [Celery], Herbs (Parsley, Rosemary), Maltodextrin), Olive Pomace Oil, Chilli Powder, Salt, Cloves, Toasted Almonds [Almonds].

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 – 45  mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 4 mins – stir well – recover – 2 mins.

Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. 

 

For 2

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

IMPORTANT
