Our rich and smoky beef chilli, cooked low and slow with red kidney beans and the juiciest tomatoes we could find. We weren’t shy on the spices here either - a good sprinkling of cumin and paprika give this one plenty of depth. Made with beef from free-roaming, grass-fed British cows (only the best).

INGREDIENTS: Minced Beef (48%), Plum Tomato (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Onion, Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Tomato Purée, Garlic [Sulphates], Smoked Beef Tallow, Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Pomace Oil, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Chipotle Peppers, Tomato Paste, Salt, Sugar, Onion, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid), Piquillo Pepper (Pepper, Water, Salt, Sugar, Acidulant: Acid Citric And Hardener: Calcium Chloride), Chilli Powder.

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 – 45  mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 4 mins – stir well – recover – 2 mins.

Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. 

 

For 2

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven.

Cook for 50 – 55  mins at: Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5

Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

IMPORTANT

If the product defrosts, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.

My favourite meal of them all. Good flavours and seasoning in it, I really like it.
