Mushroom Lasagne




A comforting concoction for cold evenings. We’ve layered sheets of pasta with our roasted mushroom ragu and smooth béchamel sauce. We couldn’t decide between shiitake and chestnut, so we chose both, and spiked the mix with a dash of chilli for extra depth. All topped off with a blanket of our favourite mature cheddar.
Two sizes are available, which are sold as part of a bundle box:

Cooking Instructions
For 1
BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 – 45 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE
Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen.
CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid.
For 2
BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 50 - 55 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
