INGREDIENTS: Butter MILK, Gluten-Free OAT Flour, White Chocolate Chips (12%) [Sugar, Cocoa Butter, MILK Powder, Emulsifier SOYA Lecithin), Vanilla Extract], Unrefined Cane Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Whole EGGS, Organic Coconut Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Matcha Green Tea Powder (2%), Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonates), Sea Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum).
Cooking Instructions
BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to Fan 140 ºC / Electric 160 ºC / Gas 4. All ovens vary in temperature (and you know your oven best!), so if 160 ºC seems too low, try 170 ºC. Remove outer sleeve and place the dough balls on a baking tray. If you like a flatter cookie, press them down with the palm of your hand or a spatula prior to baking to enable further spreading. Position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 12 - 14 minutes from chilled OR 14 - 16 minutes from frozen.Leave to cool on the tray for a few minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE
Not suitable for a microwave.
CAUTION: Product will be piping hot from the oven, leave to cool slightly before serving.
