Sounds fancy, tastes like an Italian flavour parade. Plum tomato and basil ragu layered up with silky roasted aubergine and creamy crème fraiche, topped with crunchy lemon zest breadcrumbs.

We never add preservatives or additives to our food. Occasionally, some ingredients may already contain them — for example, citric acid in tinned tomatoes. These are common household ingredients, but wherever possible, we try and use options without them.

Cooking Instructions

FOR BEST RESULTS OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven: Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven.

Serves One: Cook for 40-45 mins.

Serves Two: Cook for 40-45 mins.

Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE: Not suitable for a microwave, oven cook from frozen for best results.

IMPORTANT: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
