Beef Bourguignon
One to make even the harshest French chef proud. We leave our classic beef bourguignon to gently bubble away for hours, cooking chunks of tender beef in a red wine sauce with smoky lardons, mushrooms, fresh herbs and caramelised onions. All the meat in this dish comes from free-roaming, grass-fed, British cattle.

We never add preservatives or additives to our food. Occasionally, some ingredients may already contain them for example, citric acid in tinned tomatoes. These are common household ingredients, but wherever possible, we try and use options without them.

REMOVE OUTER SLEEVE AND PIERCE FILM
OVEN: Preheat oven: Fan 180°C / Electric 200°C / Gas 6. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven.
COOK FROM FROZEN: Cook for 35–40 mins.
MICROWAVE: Heat on full power (800w).
FROM FROZEN: 5 mins.
IMPORTANT: Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
