Who doesn't love a meatball? As a family favourite, we've wanted to get these on the menu from day one. Rustic pork and beef meatballs are made with fresh herbs, Grana Padano and a few grates of nutmeg before being caramelised to a golden brown and drenched in our favourite homemade tomato sauce. Just as excellent served with a dressed summer salad, a chunk of fresh bread or sunk deep in a bowl of pasta.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food, but occasionally some of our ingredients do - citric acid in tinned tomatoes for example. This is very common and where we can, we avoid.
