An English garden of dish. Sauteed peas, sliced leeks and greens with black pepper and crispy lardons. A wonderful side to anything from fish pie to lasagne, or as a light lunch on its own.

INGREDIENTS:Peas (43%), Leeks (21%), Cabbage (21%), Smoked Lardons (Pork Loin, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate*), Butter [MILK] (5%), Kosher Salt, Black Pepper.
*Not to worry, this is a traditional curing method.

Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30– 35 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
