Dauphinoise Potatoes



Potato dauphinoise can be hard to perfect. Luckily we’ve done the legwork for you. Our finely sliced potato gratin is baked in a creamy sauce of garlic, black pepper and very good cream. Topped with all the cheese for the perfect side dish.

Cooking Instructions
BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook 40 - 45 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE
Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen.
CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid.
