Northern Pasta isn't just any pasta, and that's why we've chosen to share it with you all. Crafted using traditional methods from regeneratively grown spelt, this isn't like pasta you've had before. 

Not only is it tastier, it's also quicker to cook, more sustainable and easier to digest. 

Why hasn't it been done before? We're not sure. But at least you can enjoy it now!

We love it with our Italian Meatballs and Pork & Fennel Ragu, but really you could enjoy this with almost any saucy dish.

Cooking Instructions

BEST COOKED ON THE HOB

Fill a large saucepan with lots of water and bring to the boil. Add a large pinch of salt and then add your pasta following the timings on the bag. Taste your pasta before the time is up to make sure you get the best al dente bite. Drain in a colander, be sure to keep some cooking water. Toss in your chosen sauce adding the cooking water as needed to coat your pasta perfectly.

OVEN

Not suitable for oven cooking.

MICROWAVE

Not suitable for microwaving.
