Tender brussels sprouts, hand prepped and gently cooked with brown butter, garlic, chestnuts and beautiful free range smoked lardons. These are sprouts like no other. 

Having spent the past 3 years perfecting the recipe, you will be going back for seconds.

    INGREDIENTS:English Brussel Sprouts (76%), Free Range Smoked Lardons (10%) (Native Breed Pork, Salt, Preservative (Sodium Nitrate*, Potassium Nitrate*), Demerara Sugar), Chestnuts (8%), Butter [MILK], Sage, Olive Pomace Oil (Olive Oil (51%, Sunflower Oil (49%)), Salt, Black Pepper.  

    *Not to worry, this is a traditional curing method.

    Cooking Instructions

    OVEN

    Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30– 35 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

    MICROWAVE

    Remove sleeve and pierce film.Cook for 2.5– 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
