Sustainable Fish Pie
The ultimate fish pie. Made with the best sustainably sourced Coley and Rainbow Trout, cooked in a creamy sauce with wilted spinach, lemon zest and capers. We all know a pie is nothing without perfect mash, so we’ve made sure ours is as good as it gets, made with nothing more than crushed new potatoes, amazing butter and sea salt.
Because there aren't plenty more fish in the sea..…we want you to know we’re 100% committed to using sustainably caught fish. That's why we only work with suppliers dedicated to fishing responsibly. We only source coley from the North Atlantic and beautiful Chalkstream Trout.

Cooking Instructions

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE
Not suitable for a microwave, oven cook from frozen for best results.
