The ultimate fish pie. Made with the best sustainably sourced Coley and Rainbow Trout, cooked in a creamy sauce with wilted spinach, lemon zest and capers. We all know a pie is nothing without perfect mash, so we’ve made sure ours is as good as it gets, made with nothing more than crushed new potatoes, amazing butter and sea salt.

Because there aren't plenty more fish in the sea..…we want you to know we’re 100% committed to using sustainably caught fish. That's why we only work with suppliers dedicated to fishing responsibly. We only source coley from the North Atlantic and beautiful Chalkstream Trout.

    Ingredients

    We never add preservatives or additives to our food. Occasionally, some ingredients may already contain them for example, citric acid in tinned tomatoes. These are common household ingredients, but wherever possible, we try and use options without them.

    INGREDIENTS: New Potatoes [Sulphates] (31%), Cow’s Milk [Milk], Double Cream [Milk], Trout [Fish] (9%), Coley [Fish] (9%), Smoked Haddock [Fish] (9%), Spinach, Mature Cheddar Cheese [Milk], Wheat Flour [Wheat, Gluten], Capers (Capers, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Salt), Butter [Milk], Salt, Cloves, Lemon Zest, Bay Leaf.

    Cooking Instructions

    For 1

    BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

    Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 45 - 50 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

    MICROWAVE

    Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen.

    CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

    BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

    Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 55 - 60 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

    MICROWAVE

    Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen.

    CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
