Thai Red Curry, with a twist 🦐
Our Thai Red Vegetable Curry is a Great Taste Award winner in its own right.
But we like even more with a bit of a jazz up.
Today we're sharing our take on a FieldGoods classic.

Ingredients 🍛
1x FieldGoods Thai Red Curry for 2
1x pack of raw prawns, ready to cook
3x sprigs of spring onion
1x handful of fresh flat leaf parsley
1x handful of peanuts - salted or unsalted - your preference
1x glug of good quality olive oil (you know the drill by now)
Salt & pepper to taste
1x pouch of White Basmati Nice Rice
Step-by-step 👨🍳
1️⃣ Get your curry in the oven.
2️⃣ Finely slice your onions & place in a dish of water (this makes them curl nicely).
3️⃣ Lightly crush your peanuts.
4️⃣ Pull off parsley leaves from the stems.
5️⃣ Fry your prawns in pan with a glug of oil, season with salt & pepper.
6️⃣ Warm your Nice Rice in the microwave.
7️⃣ Plate up! Rice first, a spoon of curry, scatter the prawns, a second spoon of curry, top with onions, parsley & nuts.
