Slow cooked beef and pork ragu, layered between pasta sheets. We’ve added a little root vegetable twist with roasted squash, and our perfect béchamel is the result of many, many trials. All topped off with a shower of mature cheddar. Basically, leave the lasagne to us.

INGREDIENTS: Plum Tomato (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Cow’s Milk [Milk], Onion, Minced Beef (14%), Pork Mince (14%), Pasta Sheet [Wheat, Egg], Squash, Mature Cheddar Cheese [MILK], Red Wine [Sulphates] (7%), Smoked Lardons (5%) (Pork Loin, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate*), Tomato Passata, Garlic [Sulphates], Butter [Milk], White Flour** [Wheat], Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Thyme, Olive Pomace Oil, Sage, Oregano, Bay Leaf. 

*Not to worry, this is a traditional curing method of smoked lardons.

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 – 45 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE

Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

 

For 2

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 50 - 55 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE

Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen for best results

IMPORTANT

If the product defrosts, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
