We've partnered with the masters at Pipers Farm for this Limited Edition festive range. Each dish is crafted by FieldGoods chefs using ingredients from the Farm.
No Christmas plate is complete without Sprouts. Especially these locally grown, tender Brussels Sprouts gently cooked and tossed with Pipers' Native Breed Bacon Lardons, as well as brown butter, sage and chestnuts for a moreish addition to your feast.

INGREDIENTS:English Brussel Sprouts (76%), Free Range Smoked Lardons (10%) (Native Breed Pork, Salt, Preservative (Sodium Nitrate*, Potassium Nitrate*), Demerara Sugar), Chestnuts (8%), Butter [MILK], Sage, Olive Pomace Oil (Olive Oil (51%, Sunflower Oil (49%)), Salt, Black Pepper.
*Not to worry, this is a traditional curing method.

Cooking Instructions
OVEN
Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30– 35 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE
Remove sleeve and pierce film.Cook for 2.5– 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
