FieldGoods & Friends 🍽️

We recently hosted a summer supper club and it was a banger (hosted at Bangers).

Three courses of FieldGoods alongside drinks from amazing partners & friends.

Here's a run through of everything we served. All very easy to replicate at home. 😉

The Bar 🍸

We started off the evening with a selection of Margaritas from Tom Savano & Pentire. A mix of spicy & non-alc varieties made sure everyone was happy.

We also served the delicious Gosnells Hazy Nectar. And it is delightfully easy to drink on a sunny eve.

With our mains we served exceptional wine from Vinca - the best canned wine there is.

Something & Nothing provided refreshing non-alc Sodas and low-alc Spritzes.

And last but not least, London Beer Factory supplied our Lager for the evening.

The Food 🍽️

We created homemade painted menus for every guest, serving the following over the course of the evening: 

TO START 🌶️

Create canapés from spoons of our Slow Cooked Beef Chilli on Nachos, topped with a sprinkle of cheddar & fresh salsa.

 THE MAIN EVENT 🍝

Sink our Italian Meatballs deep into Pappardelle and top with a generous rainfall of Parmesan & a basil leaf.

 TO FINISH 🍎

Quite simply, warm & serve our Apple Tarte Tatin with a scoop of specked vanilla ice-cream. We recommend Jai's Madagascan Vanilla.

The Team 👯‍♀️

We hosted at the brilliant Bangers in Shoreditch, which if you haven't already been to for breakfast - you should.

Our Mum Kirsten came along as a VIP guest as well as flowers for all tables from our home garden in Devon.

We also printed large copies of the artwork from our packaging and hung them on the walls.
