Dining Al Fresco 🌞

We may have had another slightly up & down summer, but the weeks ahead are looking GREAT.

It's definitely worth another attempt at Al Fresco dining before autumn is officially upon us. Here are some top tips & three sample menus to inspire your evening.

Una Tarde Española 💃

= A Spanish Evening (according to Google Translate).

Your menu

Primer Plato: Patatas Bravas (Hasselback Potatoes, Bravas Sauce & a sprinkle of Parmesan or Manchego Cheese).

Segundo Plato: El Pollo Español (Spanish Chicken & a large bowl of salad, tossed in Balsamic & Olive Oil).

Postre: Admittedly none of our desserts are 'that' Spanish, but we'd recommend finishing this line-up with our Melt-in-the-Middle Brownie. Deliciously dark, and perfect with Vanilla specked Ice-Cream.

Una Fiesta de Pasta Italiana 🍝

An Italian pasta party? Now we're talking.

Your Menu

Antipasti: Grab hold of some Perelló Olives (on our Add-on's page just before checkout 😇).

Primi: It's just got to be a dollop of our Mac n Cheese.

Secondi: It wouldn't be a pasta party without our Pork & Fennel Ragu. Serve with large shavings of Parmesan & a bowl of freshly dressed Spinach.

Dolce: Again not strictly Italian but we'll go with it: Sticky Toffee Pudding. Add a scoop of Gelato for the perfect indulgent finish.

Friday Night-in 🥂

A Friday night dinner has to be fish, and our Goan is more than special enough for the occasion.

To Start: Our Miso Butter Hispi Cabbage. Technically a side but SO much more than that.

The Main Event: Our Goan Fish Curry. Here's how to serve it.

The After Party: A summertime favourite of ours, Apple & Blackberry Crumble. Drench in double cream and watch the sunset.

Now order that bundle & get outside! (While we still can 😅).
